Not sure how to use your device (laptop, phone, tablet etc)? Learn about emails, text messages, photos, Facebook, Facetime, Zoom, WhatsApp and Stay Safe Online. Bring along your device and we’ll see if we can help. Each session also includes 20 minutes of exercise designed to improve your balance and strength and help prevent falls (voluntary). Suggested £2 donation towards the hall fees and teas & coffees.
